The Silent Transition of Sales a Candidate

The end of the year is always a great time to attract sales personnel. Don’t’ wait to place your ads till after the new year.  Think about it like a salesperson would. Many salespeople in transition are looking for a new start at the beginning of the year. Maybe they need a few more days this year to hit their bonus. Maybe their current company has announced changes in leadership, the commission structure, a new program, a different direction in the marketplace?

They are looking now but, if you wait to place your ads you miss the opportunity to attract some great salespeople that are silently in transition. They can’t announce they are leaving, right? But they are in silent transition
