Dolphins and Elite Sales Professionals

Rare sighting of Cherub!

Cherub is a white dolphin that has been hanging around Clearwater Beach, Florida for the last couple years. Supposedly she is about 2 years old. My wife and I were out at the dock yesterday morning about 10:30am and Cherub showed up! Very cool!

Research suggest Dolphins learn kinda’ like humans. They are not born with survival instincts like many other animals. They learn through observation and lessons that their mother and family units teach them. Dolphins will stay with the family unit for a few years until they can manage on their own.

This rare sighting is similar to Elite Sales Professionals. What makes them elite? Certainly not their color like Cherub. It’s their Grit, their skills, their capabilities, the way they think.
