From my biased sales lens my first thought was: I wish all salespeople had a pipeline like this. But then again, I’d have less job security!

So here are a few questions to ponder:

  • Is it reliable?
  • Is it exciting?
  • How much do you discount the data? Why?
  • How much time is your sales team wasting on futile follow up?
  • Does it provide a false sense of security to the sales team?
  • Is your pipeline report like ground hog day with the same opportunities in the same step of your milestone sales process?

What can be done to cause your sales team to act like a bunch of squirrels? Find out here: https://info.objectivemanagement.com/page/Whitepaper-Sales-Force-Excellence.aspx?DistNum=41web
