Sales Hiring Tip #14: Always Be Recruiting

No different than a Major League General Manager or Talent Manager you must always be looking for stronger people.

If you took Tom Brady from the New England Patriots and put him on the Cleveland Browns team as quarterback he would elevate the entire team.  By the same token if you put the worst pitcher on the worst MLB team he would negatively impact that team.

Hire the most expensive people you can afford. Give them the tools, the authority and the responsibility to be successful!
