Wayne Herring is a former VP of Sales and Marketing for a family business. He lives on a 20 acre farm in Pennsylvania and coaches business owners, other consultants, and small sales teams lead by the owner to Grow. On his farm he has a refurbished farm building that is now used for 1:1 and small team Growth work. Wayne invites business owners and entrepreneurs to slow down and think and focus when they come and stay at a home in the woods nearby and then spend the day working with a view of the farm fields.
