I wanted to reach out to you to tell you Thank you again for the coaching and lessons that you taught us during our Sales Training. I have been able to implement many of the things that you taught us and it has taken my team from a maybe 100% team with 60% participation to a 130% quota achievement with 100% participation.The 2 HUGE takeaways that I am using constantly now are the execution/aptitude vs outlook/commitment/passion chart. By putting my entire team on this chart and knowing exactly where they are and what they have visibly, I have been able to make movements on my chart that I never thought could happen. The other thing that I have put into play is the DISQUALIFICATION model. I have done 2-3 meetings covering this and then dig into during forecasting. We have been able to be extremely close on our monthly and weekly forecast so I am not digging in granularly to get better at my daily tasks.The other thing that is equally as big, but more impactful for my Sales Rep is when I expressed to you that I have a Rep that is very emotional and you walked me thru how to deal with that. I did exactly as you said and it has changed the way she acts/reacts to things. I almost immediately saw a change and I honestly wasn’t sure how I would have ever approached her about it without her going off the deep end.Finally, I have seen several people in my social media looking for help with sales training/processes and I want to HIGHLY recommend you!Thanks again for all that you did for us in that short period of time!
