Each day, I get to do what I love and I could not be more excited about it. In both my professional and volunteer life, I get to help organizations be better.
As it relates to my career, I make contributions to my clients in three ways:
1. Helping companies determine their key imperatives to grow revenue and improve their sales organization and what skill set will take them from good to great;
2. Collaborating on what pathways will pave that road and;
3. Providing the training and reinforcement needed to truly change behaviors and sustain new skill sets over time.
As it relates to my volunteer life – for almost 10 years now, I have served as the Vice-Chairman of the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Houston. Serving the almost 5,000 children of the SAB&GC has been, without doubt, one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Motivated by the love of God we help our club kids, especially the ones who need it most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. Together, our Advisory Board has raised over $1,000,000 in scholarship money to help many of our kids realize the dream of a college education.
